MotoTest© is the product of hundreds of hours of professional software development in concert with industry experts, and years of testing by qualified instructors. It was created in early 2021 and has been in use full time since then. It has undergone rigorous vetting and field testing during this time, and has been approved by the WA State Motorcycle Safety Program. Of course, MotoTest© is fully integrated with MotoTimer©.
MotoTest© generates and exports all training information and Course Completion Reports for direct submission to the state, all at the touch of a button. All documents are in required formats. MotoTest© is approved for use by the WA State Motorcycle Safety Program.

Software License, Terminology, and Legal Stuff:
The Provider of MotoTest© is Motorcycle Training Software Solutions, LLC, a Colorado company. The Provider claims MotoTest© and MotoTimer© names, all user interfaces and software, as well as the hardware design as its own. Any attempt to copy the software or the interfaces is legally protected by copyright law. The colloquial term “App” may be used to refer to MotoTest©, as it is a familiar term. However, MotoTest© is NOT an “App”, per se, and is instead software as a service (SaaS), and is not “owned” by the user – there are no disks, CDs, or DVDs on which the software is delivered. It is manually customized and loaded solely by the vendor or vendor’s representative and a use key is provided. The Provider is a vendor of this software service and retains all ownership and custody. There are initial setup and customization fees, as well as on-going license fees which are assessed quarterly at specified rates. Purchase of this service provides a customized import capability, and the installation on tablet, laptop, and office staff computers, and appropriate use keys. This service is maintained remotely and may be periodically updated by the provider. The software will report to the Provider the aggregated (number of students by class type) information for audit purposes. Discontinuation of service/licensing fee payments, or desire to depart the license agreement, will result in verified removal of the service from all installed computers/systems and return of all use keys.
